Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms", "Terms & Conditions") carefully before using our website ("the Site") and/or our public speaking services ("the Services") operated by Yvonne Armenta DBA Chats with Yvonne ("us", "we", or "our").

CHATS WITH YVONNE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THE SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHATS WITH YVONNE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CHATS WITH YVONNE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, ITS SERVERS, OR EMAIL SENT FROM CHATS WITH YVONNE. ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. CHATS WITH YVONNE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

YOU AGREE THAT CHATS WITH YVONNE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY OF THE MATERIALS OR OTHER CONTENT INCLUDED WITHIN THE SITE OR THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE SITE/
